  4. Prepare 1 cup of cold whole milk (more if needed).
  5. Prepare 8 ounces of good quality sharp cheddar cheese, finely shedded.
  6. Prepare 2 tablespoons of melted butter.

  1. HEAT oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a cookie sheet or baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. (I used parchment paper)..
