- Clean your Mogodu until all sands are out and trim the fat. Chop and dice all your veggies - onion, tomato, green pepper, baby turnip, garlic, ginger. Because will be using a pressure cooker, put everything in my pot. No need for water when using pressure cooker, mogodu has excess water on it's own..
