Ingredients of Fish Stew
- It's 1 kg of fresh tomatoes.
- You need 4 of big tatashe.
- You need 2 of bulb onions.
- You need 6 of fresh Habanero Pepper (atarodo).
- It's 2 clove of garlic and ginger.
- It's 1 of cksp vegetable oil for stew.
- Prepare 1 kg of Mackerel (a.k.a. Titus fish).
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It's 4 of bouillon cube (aka maggi).
Fish Stew instructions
- Blend tomatoes, pepper, tatashe, pepper, onions (dice the remaining), ginger and garlic and parboil till the water dries up; turn off heat and set aside..
- Cut fish into desired shaped, clean and spice fish with little salt, bouillon cube, ginger, garlic and pepper marinate and set aside..
