Pandesal instructions
- Sift flour,add all dry ings then mix. Next, add in melted butter,vanilla, fresh milk, yeast diluted in water. Then mix all together until well combined.
- Then knead the dough until soft.Take a container and wipe with butter put in the dough and cover. Set aside for an hour until the dough rise..
- After an hour take the dough and divide into small pieces. Mould like a small ball and place on a baking tray. Leave for abt 30 mins to rise again..
- Pre heat oven. But before put in the oven brush with egg wash and bake for 250 celcius for 15-20 mins..
