Ingredients of Fried Fish Stew
- You need 7 of habanero peppers.
- You need 11 of fresh tomatoes.
- Prepare 1 of large Onions dice half and set aside.
- Prepare of Fried fish.
- You need 1 tsp of Curry.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 4 of Knorr cube.
- You need 1 cup of vegetable oil.
- It's 1 tin of tomato paste.
Fried Fish Stew step by step
- Wash and blend the pepper and tomatoes after blending the tomato paste place on heat and make sure the water dries down from the tomato and pepper mix (add your the sliced onions half way).
- When the tomato paste mix is dried up, remove from heat then place an empty pot on heat and add vegetable oil(enough to fry the boiled tomatoes). Let it heat up and add few onion slices and fry for 30sec to a minute.
- Pour in the boiled tomatoes mix and stir fry for 5-7 minutes stirring continuously and then add curry powder.
- Add knorr cubes and salt. Then add your fried fish, cover pot and place on low heat so the fried fish can suck in some of the stew sauce; allow it cook for 5-8 minutes then taste for seasoning, adjust seasoning if necessary turn off heat once your stew is ready..
- Serve with plain rice and beans in a calm and area.
