- Prepare 6 small of eggs.

- Prepare 1 of salt and pepper for taste.
Bologna Breakfast Cups step by step
- preheat oven to 350.
- grease a muffin tin.
- put each slice of bologna in each muffin tin to form a cup shape.
- crack each egg into the bologna slice.
- season it to your liking with salt and pepper.
- place in the oven for 10 minutes.
- after 10 minutes take the bologna cups out of the oven and put the bacon bits and cheese on top.
- place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
- take them out and eat um up! ENJOY.
