- It's of Gravy.
- It's 10 oz of petite stewed tomatoes.
- Prepare 5 of thick slices bacon.
- It's 4 tbsp of flour.
- It's 12 oz of vegatable stock or water.
Tomato Gravy step by step
- over medium high heat.
- chop bacon into small peices and fry till crispy.
- slowly add flour one tablspoon at a time.. stirring constantly.
- *do not let flour brown.
- when flour is absorbed add tomatoes and continue stirring.
- as it thickens add broth/water slowly(about 3 ounces at a time) still a stirring constantly.
- turn down and simmer stirring occasionally...untill it reaches the consistency of gravy.
- that's it your done.....
- serve over rice...potatoes or use as a sauce for meat.
